If you are sourcing disposable gloves for the Korean market and your search is the lowest unit price MOQ and quotation for vinyl gloves in South Korea, the honest answer is that no single number exists until the specification is fixed. Unit price moves with material, piece weight, size mix, box and carton configuration, artwork, order quantity, destination and freight terms. This article explains what actually drives the number, what to confirm before you ask for a quotation, and how to compare offers fairly.

Why there is no single "lowest unit price"

A vinyl glove is not one product. A 4.0 g examination-grade glove, a lighter general-purpose glove and a heavier cleaning glove are different cost structures. Two suppliers can quote the same "vinyl glove" at very different prices because one is quoting a lighter piece weight, a different size mix, or a different carton configuration.

That is why we do not publish a numeric lowest unit price. Any figure without a defined SKU, packing list and Incoterm is not comparable. The useful question is not "what is your lowest price?" but "what is the lowest price for this exact specification, at this quantity, delivered on these terms?"

The quotation variables you need to define

Before requesting a quotation, confirm each of the following with your supplier:

  • Material and grade — vinyl (PVC) for general examination, cleaning or light-duty handling. State the intended task.
  • Piece weight — the weight of a single glove in grams. This is the single biggest cost lever.
  • Size mix — how many S, M, L, XL per carton. A mixed carton costs differently from a single-size carton.
  • Box and carton configuration — pieces per box, boxes per carton.
  • Artwork and branding — printed boxes or cartons add cost and lead time.
  • Order quantity — larger runs spread setup and freight costs.
  • Destination and Incoterm — the freight term changes the landed comparison.
  • Market documentation — what the Korean buyer or importer requires.

Indicative packing and loading data (model-specific)

To help you size a shipment, here is one reference specification. These are user-supplied reference-sheet values for a specific model, not universal specifications. Confirm the exact SKU, current packing list, carton measurements, gross weight, container loading and destination-market documents before quotation or shipment.

Piece weight, net weight and carton gross weight are not the same

Buyers often compare quotes using the wrong weight, which leads to misleading price comparisons.

  • Piece weight is the weight of one glove (for example, 4.0 g). It drives material cost per piece.
  • Net weight is the total weight of the gloves in a carton, excluding packaging.
  • Carton gross weight includes the gloves, boxes, carton and any inserts — in the reference above, approximately 4.5 kg per 1,000-piece carton.

When you compare two quotations, compare piece weight first. A lower unit price at a lighter piece weight is not the same product.

MOQ and samples

For disposable gloves, our MOQ is 1,000 pcs, and trial orders are welcome. This lets Korean buyers test packing, piece weight and handling before committing to a larger run.

Samples are free. The buyer's own international courier collects them from our Guangzhou factory, and the buyer pays the courier directly. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp before booking the courier so we can prepare the samples correctly.

Lead time and documents

Lead time is 15–30 days; the exact date is confirmed with the order. Certificate previews are masked on our Quality page, and full documents are available on request. Logos or certification marks visible in artwork are not proof of current certification — always confirm the exact documents required for your destination market with our team.

How to request a quotation that you can compare

Send one message with these details so the quotation is complete and comparable:

  1. Exact product and intended use (examination, cleaning, light-duty handling).
  2. Piece weight and size mix.
  3. Box and carton configuration, and whether artwork is needed.
  4. Order quantity (trial or full run).
  5. Destination port or city and the Incoterm you want to quote on.
  6. Any market documentation your importer requires.

With those details, we can quote against a defined specification rather than a vague product name. Payment terms follow the quotation and contract.
