If you are sourcing disposable gloves for the Canadian market, you have probably searched for the lowest unit price MOQ and quotation for PVC gloves in Canada and found pages that promise a number without asking a single question about your order. That is a warning sign. A defensible unit price cannot exist before the specification, quantity, packaging and delivery terms are fixed. This guide explains what actually drives your landed cost, how to structure a quotation request that gets a fast, comparable answer, and which details to confirm before you commit.

Why no honest supplier publishes a single "lowest" unit price

PVC glove pricing is a function of several variables that move independently. Two buyers ordering the same nominal product can receive very different unit prices because their orders differ in:

  • Material and grade — the PVC compound and any performance expectations for the intended task
  • Piece weight — the grams per glove, which is the single largest material cost driver
  • Size mix — how the order splits across S, M, L and XL
  • Box and carton configuration — pieces per box, boxes per carton, poly bagging or inner liners
  • Artwork and branding — print plates, logo colours and box design changes
  • Order quantity — tooling, setup and freight are spread over more units at higher volumes
  • Destination and freight terms — Canadian port, inland delivery point, and whether you buy FOB, CIF or delivered

Because these inputs change per order, any supplier quoting a fixed "lowest price" before knowing your requirements is either guessing or quoting a specification you did not ask for. Junda's rule is simple: we do not state a numeric lowest unit price unless a current approved quotation has been issued for your specific requirement. Instead, we explain the variables and invite you to request a quotation.

The MOQ for disposable PVC gloves

Junda's MOQ for disposable gloves is 1,000 pcs, and trial orders are welcome. That low entry point lets Canadian distributors, clinics, cleaning companies and light-industrial buyers test clarity, fit and packing before scaling to container volumes. MOQ is not quoted per size or per colour — it applies to the disposable glove order as a whole.

If your project also involves latex protective gloves, note that the MOQ for those is 10,000 pairs (Junda brand or OEM). Full buying-term details are on our /buying page.

Indicative packing and loading data (model-specific — confirm before quoting)

To help you estimate freight and warehouse space, here is one reference configuration from our PVC program. Treat these as indicative, model-specific values, not universal specifications:

ItemReference value (confirm per SKU)
ProductDisposable vinyl (PVC), 4.0 g, size M
Packing100 pcs/box, 10 boxes/carton (1,000 pcs)
Carton dimensions36.5 × 23.5 × 23.5 cm
Carton volume0.0202 m³
Carton gross weightapprox. 4.5 kg
20GP loadingapprox. 1,650–1,800 cartons
40GP loadingapprox. 3,350–3,650 cartons
40HQ loadingapprox. 3,800–4,150 cartons

Container figures are approximate and subject to actual loading. Before you finalize a quotation or shipment, confirm the exact SKU, current packing list, carton measurements, gross weight, container loading and destination-market documents.

Piece weight, net weight and carton gross weight are not the same thing

This distinction matters for both cost and freight:

  • Piece weight is the grams of a single glove (4.0 g in the example above). It drives material cost per unit.
  • Net weight is the total weight of the gloves in a carton — 1,000 pcs × 4.0 g ≈ 4.0 kg in the example.
  • Carton gross weight includes gloves, boxes, poly bags and the shipping carton — approximately 4.5 kg in the reference configuration.

Freight is charged on gross weight and volume, so a heavier piece weight or bulkier packaging raises your landed cost even if the per-glove price looks similar. Always ask which weight a supplier is quoting.

What to include in your quotation request

To get a quotation you can actually compare against other suppliers, send these details in one message:

  1. Exact product and intended use — general examination, cleaning or light-duty handling, and any texture, thickness or cuff preference
  2. Piece weight target — in grams per glove
  3. Size mix — percentage or piece counts per size
  4. Packing requirement — pcs/box, boxes/carton, bagging
  5. Artwork — plain or branded, and whether print plates are needed
  6. Order quantity — trial, LCL or full container
  7. Destination — Canadian city/port and whether you need inland delivery
  8. Incoterm — FOB, CIF, or another term you prefer
  9. Documentation needs — which destination-market documents your importer or customer requires

With those inputs, a supplier can quote a specific SKU rather than a generic range. Contact us by email or WhatsApp to start — we respond to written enquiries only.

Samples before you commit

Samples are free. The buyer's own international courier collects them from our Guangzhou factory and the buyer pays the courier directly. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp before booking the courier so we can prepare the sample and confirm collection details.

Lead time, certificates and payment

  • Lead time: 15–30 days; the exact date is confirmed with the order.
  • Certificates: masked previews are available on the Quality page, and full documents are available on request. Logos or certification marks visible in promotional artwork are not proof of current certification — always request the actual document for your SKU and confirm it meets your destination market's requirements.
  • Payment: terms follow the quotation and contract.

Applications: match the glove to the task

Our disposable PVC program is intended for general examination, cleaning and light-duty handling. Clarity, size, weight and packaging can be matched to the project. PVC is not automatically the right choice for every task — compare material, texture, thickness and cuff options against what your users actually do, and confirm any regulatory or documentation requirements for the Canadian market with your importer before ordering. Browse /products/medical-pvc-gloves and /products/disposable-gloves for product context.
