Buyers searching for the lowest unit price MOQ and quotation for PVC gloves in South Korea usually want a fast number to compare against local suppliers. The honest answer is that a credible unit price cannot be separated from the specification, packing and shipping terms behind it. This article explains what actually drives the price, which figures you should confirm before comparing offers, and how to request a quotation that can be checked line by line.

Why there is no single "lowest" unit price

Disposable PVC gloves are quoted per piece, but the piece price is the output of several inputs. Two offers that look identical on a purchase order can differ in piece weight, size mix, box count, carton configuration, artwork and freight terms. A supplier who quotes a very low number without those details is usually quoting a different product or a different delivery basis.

Junda does not publish a numeric lowest unit price. Unit price depends on material, piece weight, size mix, box and carton configuration, artwork, order quantity, destination and freight terms. The practical way to find your lowest landed cost is to fix the specification first, then ask for a quotation against it.

The quotation variables you should confirm

When you request a quotation, ask the supplier to state each of the following so the offers are comparable:

  • Exact SKU and material — confirm the product is disposable PVC (vinyl) for general examination, cleaning or light-duty handling, and confirm the intended use.
  • Piece weight — the weight of a single glove, usually stated in grams. This is the single largest driver of material cost.
  • Size mix — how many pieces of each size are in a box and a carton. A mix weighted toward larger sizes uses more material.
  • Box and carton configuration — pieces per box, boxes per carton, and total pieces per carton.
  • Artwork and branding — printed boxes, inner bags or cartons change the tooling and run cost.
  • Order quantity — larger runs spread setup and freight costs over more pieces.
  • Destination and Incoterm — the port or door, and whether the price is ex-works, FOB, CIF or another term. Freight terms change the landed number substantially.
  • Destination-market documentation — confirm which documents the Korean market and your importer require, and have the supplier confirm them for the exact SKU.

Indicative packing and loading reference (model-specific)

The following values come from a user-supplied reference sheet for one PVC model. They are indicative and model-specific, not universal specifications. Confirm the exact SKU, current packing list, carton measurements, gross weight, container loading and destination-market documents before quotation or shipment.

ItemReference value (confirm for your SKU)

40GP loadingapprox. 3,350–3,650 cartons
40HQ loadingapprox. 3,800–4,150 cartons

Container figures are approximate and subject to actual loading. Use them for planning, not as a contractual commitment.

Piece weight, net weight and carton gross weight are not the same

This distinction causes more quotation disputes than almost anything else:

  • Piece weight is the weight of one glove. At 4.0 g per piece, 1,000 pieces weigh about 4.0 kg of glove material.
  • Net weight is the weight of the gloves in a carton, excluding packaging.
  • Carton gross weight includes the gloves, boxes, inner bags and the carton itself. In the reference above, gross weight is approximately 4.5 kg for 1,000 pieces, so packaging adds roughly half a kilogram.

When you compare suppliers, confirm which weight each one is quoting. A lower piece weight can reduce unit price but also changes the feel and durability of the glove, so match the weight to the task rather than to the lowest number alone.

MOQ and how to start small

For disposable gloves, Junda's MOQ is 1,000 pcs, and trial orders are welcome. This lets buyers in South Korea test a specification, check the packing and confirm the glove suits the intended task before committing to a larger run.

Samples are free. The buyer's own international courier collects them from our Guangzhou factory and the buyer pays the courier directly. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp before booking the collection so we can prepare the samples and paperwork.

Lead time is 15–30 days, with the exact date confirmed with the order.

Matching the glove to the task

PVC disposable gloves are used for general examination, cleaning and light-duty handling. Before you lock a specification, compare the material, texture, thickness and cuff choice against what the wearer actually does. Clarity, size, weight and packaging can be matched to the project, but suitability for a specific task, chemical or duration of wear should be confirmed against your own risk assessment. No glove is universally suitable for every task.

Documents and verification

Certificates are shown as masked previews on the Quality page, and full documents are available on request. Logos or certification marks visible in promotional artwork are not proof of current certification. Exact documents must be confirmed by product and destination market before you rely on them for import or sale in South Korea.

What to send with your quotation request

To get a quotation you can compare, send:

  1. The exact SKU or the specification you need (material, piece weight, size mix).
  2. Box and carton configuration, and any artwork requirements.
  3. Order quantity, including whether this is a trial order.
  4. Destination port or door, and the Incoterm you want to quote against.
  5. The destination-market documents your importer requires.

With those details, the quotation variables above can be priced transparently instead of guessed. For buying-term questions, see our buying information. You can also review the medical PVC gloves and disposable gloves ranges before you specify.
