Sourcing teams across Asia often search for the lowest unit price MOQ and quotation for disposable gloves in Australia and expect a single number back. In practice, no responsible manufacturer can publish one universal figure, because the unit price is built from several variables that change with every order. This article explains what drives the number, how to read indicative packing and loading data, and what to confirm before you compare suppliers.

Why there is no single "lowest unit price" for disposable gloves

A glove price is not a shelf price. It is a calculation that combines material, piece weight, size mix, box and carton configuration, artwork, order quantity, destination and freight terms. Two buyers asking for "nitrile gloves" can receive very different quotations because one wants 3.5 g examination-grade pieces in plain poly bags and the other wants 4.0 g pieces in printed retail boxes with private-label artwork.

Junda does not state a numeric lowest unit price unless a current approved quotation has been supplied for a defined SKU and quantity. Any figure you see elsewhere without those parameters should be treated as a starting point for discussion, not a commitment.

The quotation variables you should confirm in writing

Before you compare offers, ask each supplier to confirm the following in the quotation itself:

  • Material — nitrile, latex or PVC, matched to your target market and task.
  • Piece weight — for example 3.5 g, 4.0 g, 5.0 g or 6.3 g; weight drives both feel and freight cost.
  • Size mix — how many pieces of S, M, L and XL per carton.
  • Box and carton configuration — pieces per box, boxes per carton.
  • Artwork — plain packaging versus private-label printing, and who supplies print-ready files.
  • Order quantity — total pieces and how they are split across sizes and colours.
  • Destination — the Australian port or warehouse, since freight and documentation differ by lane.
  • Incoterm — EXW, FOB, CIF or another term, because the Incoterm changes what the unit price includes.

When you request a quotation, give these details up front. A quotation built on assumptions is not comparable with one built on your actual specification.

MOQ: what Junda actually offers

Junda's buying terms are straightforward:

  • Disposable gloves: MOQ 1,000 pcs. Trial orders are welcome, which matters if you want to check feel, fit and packing before committing to a container.
  • Latex protective gloves: MOQ 10,000 pairs (JUNDA brand or OEM).

The disposable glove MOQ applies to the order as a whole; discuss your intended size and colour split with the team when you request the quotation so the packing list can be built correctly.

Samples: free, with courier arranged by the buyer

Samples are free. The buyer's own international courier collects them from our Guangzhou factory, and the buyer pays the courier directly. Contact us by email or WhatsApp before booking the collection so the samples are ready and correctly labelled.

Samples are the right moment to check piece weight, texture, cuff length and box artwork against your actual task — not just to confirm the colour.

Indicative packing and container data (model-specific)

The values below come from Junda reference sheets for disposable gloves, size M, 100 pcs/box, 10 boxes/carton (1,000 pcs). All figures are approximate, model-specific and subject to actual loading. They are not universal specifications.

Product (indicative)Carton size (cm)Volume (m³)Gross weight (approx.)20GP (cartons, approx.)40HQ (cartons, approx.)
Latex 6.3 g39 × 26.5 × 25.50.02646.8 kg1,2522,883
Latex 5.0 g32.5 × 23 × 220.01645.5 kg2,0064,621
Nitrile 4.0 g36.5 × 23.5 × 23.50.02024.5 kg1,650–1,8003,800–4,150
Nitrile 3.5 g32.5 × 23 × 220.01644.0 kg1,650–1,8003,800–4,150
PVC 4.0 g36.5 × 23.5 × 23.50.02024.5 kg1,650–1,8003,800–4,150

For reference, the carton gross weight formula used in these sheets is: glove weight × 1,000 pcs + 0.5 kg packaging.

Piece weight, net weight and carton gross weight are not the same thing

This distinction causes most freight-estimate errors:

  • Piece weight is the weight of one glove (e.g. 4.0 g).
  • Net glove weight per carton is piece weight × 1,000 pcs (e.g. 4.0 kg for 4.0 g gloves).
  • Carton gross weight adds packaging — in the reference sheets, roughly 0.5 kg per carton.

Always quote gross weight to your freight forwarder, and confirm the current packing list before booking space. Carton measurements, gross weight and container loading must be verified for the exact SKU you order.

Matching material to the Australian buyer's task

The approved product context covers nitrile, latex and PVC programs matched by target market, weight, colour, packaging and private-label requirements. Rather than claiming one material is "best", compare against the task:

  • Nitrile is often specified where puncture resistance and a powder-free feel matter; piece weight (3.5 g vs 4.0 g) affects durability and cost.
  • Latex is chosen for elasticity and fit; heavier weights (5.0 g, 6.3 g) suit longer-wear tasks.
  • PVC (vinyl) is a lower-cost option for short-duration, low-risk tasks.

Texture (smooth vs. textured grip) and cuff length also change the price and the suitability. Tell us the task and we will match the program — we will not claim universal suitability for any single material.

Documents and compliance: confirm, don't assume

Exact claims and documents depend on the product and the destination market. Certification marks or logos visible in promotional artwork are not proof of current certification. Masked previews of certificates are available on the Quality page, and full documents are available on request. Before quotation or shipment, confirm the exact SKU, current packing list, carton measurements, gross weight, container loading and destination-market documents.

Lead time and next steps

Lead time is 15–30 days; the exact date is confirmed with the order. Payment arrangements follow the quotation and contract.
